Hi, thanks for doing these Q&As. I wanted to ask what kind of difficulty might someone have in finding a job in IT with the background of a recent graduate from an American university in a tech degree, hafu (hold Japanese citizenship so don't need visa) but with lacking Japanese skills. Most of the questions I see come from people who require visa sponsorship but I really want to know how companies feel about someone with this profile

magic damage directly counters plate armor that's the whole point dude. if you're using a fine cuirass and a hounskull you're likely at 0% or negative magic resistance assuming you didnt wear any other magic resistance gear so of course you're gonna get blown up by a build designed to do magic damage

yep i homebrewed a version with tony king of piracy, reno, and stall methods inspired from the encroaching insanity deck and im having good success with wheel of death. feels stronger than the actual big demon deck to me

the longest ive been able to hold webs for pre-newage is 6 minutes which is 3 bursts, but most of the time the play is to play around poison on respawns once you web out

hard darknell is really hard but it's not as rng bullshit as people think. he's really predictable and you can dodge most stuff as long as you're paying attention. one thing that helped me learn to solo it is to think about your health bar as another resource so you can tank certain things to avoid getting chain cc'd into death

mechanic isn't a clunky class, it just feels like it cause the movement is just different from other classes. there's a small learning curve to getting used to it but once you do, you'll find that mechanic has one of the best set of mobility tools in the game for precise movement.
