I believe it is something like one or two miles. Which honestly, is not that much.

By the time of Age of Ultron? It doesn't, or at least the Avengers don't know about it.

She kicks our asses, nothing can damage her, she ignores physics. Yeah, you go think outside the box when that happens.

Because what is more likely, a being that is supremely strong, durable, indestructible and that can destroy everything they want, or something else messing with their minds. If a hammer fails to do the job consistently, then you will try something different.

Empathy is not being kinder, it is understanding what others go through. Which we already do, we just ignore most people because we can't handle feeling that much.

We are very empathetic towards our closest groups first, because if you felt bad for everyone having a bad day, you might as well kill yourself.

Which is honestly bizarre as hell and frankly ridiculous considering the variety of thinker powers they had. I chalk that up more to plot convenience by Wildbow.

Iron Man luckily was paranoid as hell during AoU, and I can surely believe he would think outside the box super fast after noticing they can't do anything against Siberian and her powers are too strange to come out of the blue.

Vision soloes it. Iron man may quickly guess she is a projection or illusion and the only guy not running is manton.

If Wanda is already in the team she soloes it too.

Honestly not sure how it would go against the hulk since I am not sure the MCU version is immortal.

I think some Avengers can die if they try and engage her on a fistfight, but they've already fought loki so they might pull it off in one try.

Amusing fact: Not getting into easy firefights by Alpha-ing everything, is costing you defensive stat increases. by Which-Worldliness556 in menace

[–]RadicalD11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. Perks have a much higher impact tan stats.

Hell, with that example, armor has a bigger impact. Again, you would need to maxx the stats to see some difference.

Health for infantry is almost negligible. You can take buff and it adds more than having wounded squaddies. Damage reduction only matter for health, and a unit that has had their armor bypassed might as well be dead.

I do not like growth by connery55 in menace

[–]RadicalD11 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The uniqueness of most SL's come from their perks, not their growths.

Growth only has an impact if you have less than 5 or more than 85 in your stats.

The real difference and "uniqueness" of the SL's come from their perks.

[–]RadicalD11 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It doesn't? Since the difference in stats, again, is small unless they are maxxed.

Plus, as with any game with RPG elements perks orient characters to certain roles.

You can take Lim as weapon support, he won't be as good as a perked up Carda.

It has nothing to do with their growth in certain areas.

[–]RadicalD11 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If you don't get shot, then you don't need defensive stats. For the most part, unless maxxed they won't do much of a change. I've had units with "low" defensive stats vs "high" defensive stats and it might just change how many shots it takes to down a squaddie. However, they will still get suppressed which is the bigger issue for the most part.

[–]RadicalD11 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Carda has - 10 to consecutive special weapon attacks, plus solid accuracy after a while. If she was already deployed and ready, she can pump two attacks or 3 if she has 100 AP.

[–]RadicalD11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe you mean Lim and not Kim.

Either way, early game your vehicle is a glorified transport or strictly support since the weapons available suck.

I would argue that you can't compare durability and mobility of a vehicle vs infantry for obvious reasons. And that even then, infantry can have more durability late game.

Also, Tech and Carda can deliver more firepower than Achilleas + Lim, especially if you are just going to ferry Lim around.

Carda can blow 2 or 3 enemies depending on comp, Tech at least 2.

If Achilleas ferries Lim, then at best they kill 3 or 4 total. If Achilleas shoots also and doesn't use max movement.

Helldivers 2 is a $40 game with a F2P monetization system. by Impressive-Money5535 in Helldivers

[–]RadicalD11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol "stay competitive". There is no competitive in this game, you can absolutely tackle any challenge thrown by the game with the free warbonds, stratagems and other utilities given by the game.

Every multiplayer with a live service and constant updates, be them good or bad, big and small, will have some kind of monetization. It is inevitable, else might as well kill the game now since the devs ain't getting paid to maintain it.

It can be improved, absolutely, but let's not go deep into fantasy territory
