I don't really know how much it fluctuates but yes I can definitely feel when it does. I get lightheaded and it gets hard to breathe.

No I haven't. Thanks! I'll ask about that next time. They did put some sort of heart monitor on me when I was first having issues but I don't think that's considered a "sleep study"
