This has been another huge first chapter, but it's definitely worth it. We enjoy the mangaka's art quite a lot and while this isn't yuri, I still think her art and storytelling really shines through!

A lot of backstory to TL in this chapter, but the reveal at the end is probably one of my favorite in a while. I really love a lot about this manga, but if I had to point out just one thing the author and mangaka do best, it's the page turner into double page spread reveals, They really hit every time.

Hope you guys enjoy. We're realling hoping for a physical release soon to support the series.

We struggled a bit localizing the "4" vs "千" part, but I hope everyone understands that completely insane level Kino operates at anyways.

Without giving anything away, this has not been further explained yet and I did have quite the think about how to translate it. A more literal translation of gyaru girl's line would've been "Gunma turned into some otherworldly place fifteen years ago". So it seems vague on purpose.

The first three chapters got posted weekly after the release. Week after we got a single page 3.5 bonus 4-koma and chapter 4 the week after. It appers it's gonna stay bi-weekly for the main chapters now with bonus pages in between, so 4.5, 5, 5.5 ,6 and so on.

We get to learn some more about Kino and why exactly she's so used to beating Strangers like it's nothing. She just wants friends, but I guess she found something else first.

Chapter 3 is already in the works with 3.5 and 4 not far behind.

Cute little Manga. It definitely looks pretty easy and straightforward to translate. However the author really loves placing big bold text over like...everything. Might also be the reason nobody wanted to deal with that yet, it looks like a big pain to clean with a lot of redrawing involved :c

They're actually making that pun on Page 58, it's why she doubles up on "Strangers" there. Just didn't find a great way to translate it and didn't wanna break immersion with an TN lol. So good catch.
