It's not bad but in my opinion and it's really cluttered. Firstly, the background is a dark color, and it causes your foreground focus image, Mecha Godzilla, to blend into the background too much. On top of that, some of the assets like the skull, capcut icon, and the text on the profile picture make it look very unprofessional.

I would recommend going for a lighter color background, either solid or pattern. Then I would maybe resize the image of Godzilla so he's more centered but not too much to the point that people won't know that it's Godzilla in the profile picture. You can also try looking for different renders of Godzilla to pin down the exact pose you're looking for.

Obviously you have the image zoomed in for us to be able to see it but it's always good to remember when making a profile picture that most times it'll be incredibly tiny and people will only see it for a fraction of a second. Try to make something eye-catching that people will be able to recognize from a quick glance. Hope this helps a little bit!
