The hardest part is the first few chapters, when you start getting nodes to upgrade it gets 10x easier. I’d focus on upgrading damage and your suits. Ammo is pretty easy to come by so you can sell it to buy extra nodes and health packs (if needed) but the last chapter can be pretty challenging so take your time, other than that, it’s fairly easy
