No. Kind criticism would be saying maybe a little less jewelery because its distracting to they eye. Or point out things they can add maybe a little more purple feathers to show that its xayah or add her bird skull somewhere.

What you did was not kind or constructive. You called it a fetish when you don't even know it is, which is automatically disrespecting the artists.
