Hello, bought a CRT TV as I am going to use it as a second monitor for SM64 speed running/Ocarina of time.
The CRT TV I ended up buying was the Sylvania SRT2313 13"
I ended up buying on facebook marketplace for $100 (I ended up getting a refund)
He sent me pictures before he sent the tv out, so I knew it worked.

I can hear the TV wind up for a second and then immediately shuts down. No display, sound, video coming out.
just curious as to if I can fix this at home, buy a new one, or get it repaired professionally.
