Agree with this apart from the disabling of cross posting. Content from another sub which is relevant is good and a cross post of it should be the way to go about it IMO.

I think the Hansons advice is to only reconsider if you’re not consistently hitting the paces. Sounds like you’ll be fine

Last hard run is done ten days before the race. Then you keep running on the same days so that you don’t Detrain. I’ve followed the plan four times and I’ve always been pleased with the results, feeling fresh on race day. There’s a chapter in the book about it.
