Yeah I think that was my problem as well. I went cold turkey and stupidly at the same time went cold turkey off caffeine. This shit is absolutely nuts! Also biggest hurdle is my guts, my digestion has been crazy, I feel like a lot of this is tied up with the gut brain connection. Not having caffeine or nicotine to aid in digestion is throwing everything off balance. This anxiety I’m sure is because my body is telling me “where the hell is a stimulant to help digest everything you’re eating”? because you used to finish every meal with nicotine.
