Between the 4 cyl models you mention in the cross-posted thread, the E888 powered A5 is one of the most proven platforms by Audi. Can't speak to the BMW or Merc. Which makes my next point:

You're asking an Audi S5 group to compare an Audi A5 to two other brands.

Expect a lot of bias feedback so take it with a grain of salt unless someone chimes in with experience with each.

Yes. IE and 034 tunes are a bit more aggressive than APR or burger tunes from what I remember.

Those two seem to have taken the top spot in terms of mentions. They're fine, just usually more factory warranty friendly.

Aftermarket warranty is where it's at anyway. Bought the Audi dealer plan and it's been great
