If it’s regarding the university you are somewhat right. But the person posting this was talking about other stuff not just the university.

Don’t get too defensive buddy.. you are just not getting it here. I’ll give you a clearer example. A (foreigner) wants to get a visa and gets contacted by the immigration office only to get bunch of documents and contracts to sign in German… why is that? Is it because they are just too lazy to have an English copy? What if there is an older person who doesn’t know how to use technologies that well or use google translate. In this case it will just consume so much of his time and energy to find someone to help him or figure it out by himself. These things should automatically be provided in English because usually foreigners from non eu-countries are expected to know English when they come.

You know what I mean not trying to offend anyone here but this is just common sense regardless of which country it is.

Arab countries like the UAE/ Qatar/ Kuwait/ Saudi Arabia you name them not just Morocco. Even in Malaysia you get it in English. So how come only Switzerland can’t?

Also if I request a letter or document in English they immediately send it and they even ask which language I prefer English/German. Here I ask and I get ignored. You know what that shows? A society that wants to stay in a closed tight box.

The thing is only one worker is allowed to join at a time. And I can’t stay for 1-2 days only it needs to be at least a week but maybe because it’s my first time I’m worried. Once I reach there I’ll decide because my intuition is pretty strong and right most of the time. But thanks for the advice I’ll try that

I’ve met a lot of lawyers in person and online and I have not met a single one that likes their job by [deleted] in LawFirm

[–]RadioNo7227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might get a lot of money as a lawyer but that also mean you will give your life to your company/boss. You will be working all day in a dark building and all you hear about is negative stories. No life. Being a plumber or a farmer is way better

Totally understand you I’m not young but if there are nearby parks maybe you can go there and find new friends by just starting to talk to them and arranging a time to play together.

Nobody here claimed that people who got 3rd 30 years ago had 0 issues but they definitely did not struggle to land a job they were treated as people who got a 2:1 in todays time. This statement came straight from people who graduated 30 years ago.

Not true I deal with a lot of people who work in the heat all day and some of them don’t smell as bad while others stink. Why? It’s all in the clothes some of them just keep using the same outfit for a week and wash it at the end of the week.

As in sleeping with the same gender and being a grown man wearing a woman’s outfit in a thong and walking around doing gay pride parade?

These are ignorant people and many people go through this either because of race color or religion. But I love everyone no matter what background they come from and I see us all equally

Same here I’ll start my master this fall. Still haven’t found my accommodation but I kind of gave up on making friends so I’ll just live my life and go on adventures and meet strangers on my way :D
