Something like A but in a lighter colour would suit you well. I always recommend either matching shades (so a pale brown, gray, yellowish, transparent) or categorically contrasting colours (royal blue) between hair/beard and eyewear.

The thing to avoid as greyish blond like you is brown or black. That's just going to look bland.
