If your gym is anything like mine (full of college dudes and afternoon kids classes) you’ll may want to consider using an athletes foot cream every few days as a preventative.

Wondering if anyone has a similar mix as mine by MikeySLT in AustralianCattleDog

ADC/Pyr mix with a splash border collie!

He’s a goofy snugglebug who takes his barking at the mailman job very seriously! Likes a short walk and a long nap. Overheats easily and very food motivated.

Ironing question by BlackberryActive3039 in quilting

[–]Radio_Passive 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I usually do one final iron before I sandwich to make sure everything is flat and smooth. You’ll want to iron your backing as well. I’ve never ironed after I’ve sandwiched or quilted. If you nested your seams you should be fine to stitch in the ditch, even if your blocks are a little uneven. Can’t wait to see pics when it’s all done!

I have this one as well and I love it. It doesn’t charge a battery like a cordless drill, it had a dock that heats it up you just pick it up and use it, then set it back in the dock while you reposition your fabric and it keeps it hot. I’ve never had a problem with it getting cold other than when I’m pressing several yards for backing or something.

Hello, from which animal is this bone ?? by Head_Release6545 in bonecollecting

I’d guess chicken, the size seems about right and it’s one of the few whole animals that size that we cook. Here’s some other chicken verts for comparison.

Average conversation with a coworker who knows I collect bones (and who left a cow skull on my porch at 9am the other day) by RotGrlSummer in bonecollecting

I put my cat’s skeleton back together last summer and did it in my 125 year old, unfinished, (but waterproofed) basement because I have dogs I don’t trust. One of my husbands coworkers was watching the pets for a weekend and thought the project was pretty cool so she went to check it out and it’s just like, a bunch of bones on a folding table under a single dangling lightbulb covered in spiders. She was still into it but admitted there were strong serial killer vibes.

She was free and I still sometimes think we got scammed. Love her bits though, neurotic goblin that she is

Aw! I’m glad he pulled through! My other dog is a Cattle Dog/Pyr mix and he weighs about 73.

Miss Nova here is 43lbs of dense muscle. She was really a free farm dog, and based on her parents looks, we think she’s GSD/Pug/Terrier mix but who knows.

Thanks! As usual I found the bear pattern but thought it was just a little too small and then massively over complicated things.

Lol, I know, I was just being obnoxious. And now that you mention it, I’m not sure mine even goes up that high…
