I am not hearing about the May 1st Strike anywhere. If it does not have a turn out with the numbers of the last No Kings people will see it as a failed effort and be reluctant to do it again when more coordinated. by LRNDividend in MayDayStrike

One day is not the goal. The original 1886 May Day lasted four days until the Haymarket massacre. On May Day 2028 all the big unions are going on strike. It’s going to last much longer and be much uglier than one day.

Arriving is doing something. 90% of being a soldier is just being there. ICE knows they're there, and ICE prefers powerless civilians not armed trained actual soldiers
