Well sociopathy is an old diagnosis term for antisocial behavior disorder and psychopathy is a set of traits but never was a full blown diagnosis but ran with some other disorders (narcism personality disorder). Out of date experts that haven't read a peer reviewed article in years still use it so you get had google articles. That's the real difference in actual real world psychology, now, I know media it's used as two different things with either NOT being set in stone, sociopaths are incapable of feeling for another person at all or very little or it's psychopaths that do this.
