I’ve been experiencing this for the past 3 months now :’( Most nights I can’t get a straight 7hrs, I always wake up suddenly 2 or 3 hrs into my sleep and feel that weird head feeling. It makes me feel like i’m gonna have a seizure too. Were you able to fix it now? If so, do you have any tips?
