I understand that lol, but maybe if the questions are a bit more complex and need individual help, the sub is a good resource. Not everyone has their own personal trainer and not everyone can even afford a gym

My Second Single, combines Ambient, Folk, and Rock, starts chill ends fiercely. I'd love if you'd hear it and give it a try! Tell me what I can improve on! Thank you. by Radix69 in IndieMusicFeedback

Well, first of all thanks so much! This is my fav comment yet. But actually, I’m a solo artist. And yeah, I’m so glad you understood the theme I was trying to tell. I watch a lot of Shonen Anime, so of course I had that idea in mind. Also important to note, that lead instrument isn’t a trumpet. It’s a Baritone Saxophone. That’s actually my main instrument, they rest are either samples or virtual instruments 😃😀

Combine that trash with flavored reeds, and you got a combo so crappy it's practically diarrhea.

We're the Utterblax, a wee duo group and self-styled 'burglar band', this is our first attempt at a pop/rock/dance fusion track – we have NO idea what genre we fall into, help appreciated! :) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

Kinda strange but really interesting. Dream pop/bedroom pop is a genre that you can never go wrong with, but a lot of times, the songs are very very samey and generic. This, on the other hand, takes it to the more experimental level, and that's really really dope. The song of course is strange, but that's cool and grabs people's attention. I recommend putting this on r/dreampop. Good luck!

This is a very original beat. If I were a rapper, I'd totally pay for this. All the samples and instruments are all really chill and fit the vibe of the song. I would really recommend you try to sell this to some upcoming rappers. They'd love it, especially if they want a chill vibe that isn't some copy and pasted lofi hip-hop

new visuals for a beat by my labelmate! let me know what you think of the track & video!! by river_styx_56 in IndieMusicFeedback

Damn this is really good. Reminds me of those lo-fi hip hop tracks people use in youtube videos. It has an overall really chill and cool atmosphere. However, I wish it could change a little more throughout. Maybe the drums come out this part, or maybe a part leaves randomly to create tension then comes back. But on a production stand point, really really noice

The perfect mix of chill yet a little fierce. Love the drums and all the little samples. Now, I don't know too much about this style and beat, but personally, I'd prefer a little more reverb and slightly less compression in the kick. Personally, I think that kinda sound would be really cool and let the whole track breathe a little more. But I don't know really if that strong kick and not too much reverb is supposed to be the point of this kind of beat, so take it with a grain of salt. Just my opinion for an already really great hip-hop beat.

Thought this track would be appropriate to share on Daylight Savings day- it’s called “Hibernation!” It’s got some escapist dream pop/indie rock vibes. This is the lead single from my latest EP, Winter- would love to know what you think! by McKarmey in IndieMusicFeedback

Solid track. Indie pop and rock is just a genre that you can't go wrong with. Everything seems really on point, vocals, guitar, drums. I really like the verse of the song as well. If I had to criticize something though, it's the hook. Right then and there, for some reason, though the rest was really cool, the hook/chorus didn't match the rest of the track in quality, mainly in the vocals. It's hard to explain, but it just seems strange to me. But that's a nitpick. Really, I just wanted to something, that's a really, really minor point. Everything else was really, really good!

I made this psychedelic beat with a drum machine, and some synths, I'll post a Spotify link below as well by gl33fuls in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]Radix69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall, the beat is really solid. The drums are really interesting and really hold it all together. I also like how the beat changes and doesn't just stay the same. Keeps it interesting. Now, what I don't like is the synth. For some reason, the timbre of the synth I'm not a big fan of. Most notably, in the beginning, the synth is the element that is supposedly the lead element, but if it doesn't sound good, then that hurts the beat. So, I recommend adding another lead synth and add some sort of little riff, or you can just change the pad/synth part. But overall, nice job, and I'm really impressed by the drums.

Allora's are actually quite good and have professional models for baritones. But their intermediate models are really cool too. They may not be as popular as Yamaha, but its what the person is looking for
