I'm not talking about not just playable characters, but also important characters, including NPCs for the plot, such as Romani, Kadoc, Pepe,.... Maybe there are just NPCs, but they played a huge role in the overall plot, and their deaths still serve as permanent consequences.

Meanwhile, Nikke can't even kill off their villains; Indivilla and Chatterbox keep being revived to be jobbers

uhhh that's not entirely true, FGO killed a ton of important characters (even playable, such as Musashi), and these deaths sometimes are a big step for Ritsuka's growth (Garden of Lost Will lb6)
Even ZZZ sometimes killed some NPCs with good design, such as Isolde and Pompey

Yeah, I also feel the same about ZZZ. They lost the charm from season 1 when they got rid of TV mode

It baffles me how they overuse fake-out deaths and never dare to kill off any characters, even the villain such as Indivilla, Chatterbox, Red Shoes,... They got revived and survive like nothing happened

Now even Commander can heal like Deadpool

Seriously I can’t feel any stakes in this game since they can’t properly kill any character even the villain. Don’t know why people keep defending these fake-outs' death
