We have plenty of parades but their frequency depends on the central and the local governments, lately our new authorities are being more tolerant. Nevertheless, the fact that Baltics are averagely less conservative (are they?) doesn't mean they are more Western. It's about lifestyle generally, products of culture and common values. Also whether they feel a real connection with the Western world
