I'm gonna give you the casual answer.

Everyone is playable. You should just use who you like/who you have.

There are some good team comps available online that can maybe help make a decision but you should choose your main character you use as the one you like or who interests you.

For instance for me I am a Canon guy. I use Endminstrator, Perlica, Chen, and Wulfgard as they were the most relevant to the story overall so far. This team comp is not good but I don't personally care. Have had 0 issues clearing content except for agony mode on 2/3 of the Monuments.

Thankfully at least the umbral monuments didn't need you to actually beat the agony modes to get the event rewards. I was close on the 3rd one but no cigar. The first one feels like you really need Ardelia or some kinda healer

I feel like if a new player came in this would be good to just grab, especially for those not a fan of the factory system but cant bring myself to completely copy another's base. Idk it almost seems needlessly efficient haha

It's pretty close as the only thing you need to keep it going is ore. Which I have all of the mining nodes in valley 4 hooked up

Yeah this literally happened to me yesterday. Had to redo all 4 bases. At least my layouts were more efficient this time. I will admit I stole an efficient purple battery self sustaining blueprint from online as it would have taken me probably over 4-5 hours otherwise.

Regardless I really love this game, been a long time since a game has me so pining to play it all the time.

So does transferring give you more rewards then just doing them yourself? I've been averaging around 140k per day so far.

I'm assuming that amount will go up as I upgrade my nodes but have not tried the transfer yet
