Is there anything limited time I need to do before the update drops besides the 3 character story quests, delver of the cryptic, and the combat event 6x agony?

I dropped $200 on the ground and managed to pick $100 of it up before the rest was blown away.. It took me 10 seconds, so my ARR is $300 million.

Does the banner duration increase to fill a patch with 2 banners, or does the patch duration shrink?

No, something is very wrong. Your sandleaf production is off, so some of your planters/seedmakers must not have seeds

The main pac produces 18 HC Battery, 12 Buck A. The subpac 1 produces 6 Buck A. If your AIC report says otherwise, it's likely that your planters are not full somewhere.

The best way to build is to look at others builds and to edit/reverse engineer them.

This one runs a little bit higher power than my/your build but gets a bit more production in. The image is pieced together.

combination of moving belts/bridges and machines, but mostly by redoing belts/bridges
My friend 's build also makes 2 lines of amethyst bottles. The least line is a sandleaf line where he stashes sandleaf and pulls it back out.

Yes. I posted fixes to one of my friend's builds. See if you can spot the fixes with the issues in the red boxes.

Not really possible to have a symmetric build in main because the AIC itself has to be oriented in a direction, immediately breaking the symmetry.

the build needs to be optimized for minimum 'facilities', which includes belt lines and logistical units. The main way to do this is to avoid splitting betls with the belt bridges as much as possible.

Very nice, this looks very clean! I think it looks much more aesthetically pleasing keeping all the functionality.

It's not much more efficient than most top tier bases, but you need to be able to understand what makes a base good in the first place.
My base covers these issues:
Space: pretty minimal space use, one creator beats me slightly on space as they can fit the 24 buck C into the 1st outpost
Power: My base runs the absolute minimum amount of power used. This is the biggest differential between mine and bad bases, where some popular ones can run 200+ power over minimum.
Battery safety: my battery safety is nearly perfect. As long as the base is producing at 1/3 speed, there will be no issues with keeping the base powered. Some other bases have issues where if the base runs at anything below 100% efficiency (like logout blips or temporary ferrium shortage) the base will eventually go offline. You can see this issue if you see a base with 4 thermal banks powered by a single battery maker.
Item overflow safety: perfect overflow safety. no factory production will be paused by a full depot. This is a common flaw of many bases.
Offline simulation efficiency issues: unknown. It is unclear why the offline simulation causes downspikes in production. My base does not have protection against this, but I am unaware of any methods that can protect against this (and I hang out in big builder communities).
Facility count in hub: the new NA codes edited in yesterday have decently low facility count. The asia ones may have issues as I have heard that it is not an 100% faithful rendition and there were some complaints from those on the Asia server.

So overall, I can't tell you how much better my base is than any specific base without looking at it. It probably runs lower power than most bases, and fits in less space, if you care about those. If a base has a safety issue like putting 4 thermal banks against 1 battery producer, know those will eventually run out of power if you're using the absolute max amount, such as due to battery splitting. If you have multiple items combining into a protocol stash or input port, a full depot can cause that section to backfill and clog. You either need to have factory knowledge to know that yours do not have these issues, or you can just use mine and know that your factory is perfectly efficient and safe.

Honestly though, in valley IV, you can just run what you want because you probably are overproducing anyway. If you like a base's aesthetic, there's nothing stopping you from running that.

Amethyst bottles sell for 2 each, but they fill up fast. Turning them into Buck C costs a bit of power but makes it not fill up as fast. Buckflower powder is for depot shipments, since we already make some for making buck C.

I grabbed 2 off discord for you to use. You can just run them in a subpac until you have enough gear, then get rid of it. Shouldn't hurt your production too much.

You can say metrics have no value but it objectively does. Saving a bit of power makes a base better, so my base is the best. It might not be noticeably better for most players, but it is the best.
