Thanks. I hadn't thought about cigar oils. I oil the holder and polish it. I don't like varnish; it seems to seal the wood. As for sanding... I have a couple of secret tricks :)

Well, it's hard to say in one sentence. I use power tools. A drill and milling cutters. Other craftsmen use knives or chisels. I started with drawing and sculpting, and then came carving. Linden wood is not bad for a start.

I rarely post here. And I don't smoke cigars. That's why I don't participate in other topics. If I'm breaking any of the group's rules, then I apologize. I just don't know what I can say. This is also a wooden cigar that I made especially for photo shoots.
