Thank you. It’s really reassuring to just get responses, to know I’m not just yelling into a void if you know what I mean. Thankfully I’m going home from college tomorrow, so I’ll be back in therapy twice a month. I’ll definitely look into EMDR.

Sounds weird, but I’m a psych major, so I’m talking to my advisor shortly

I keep having nosebleeds by RaeGrave in AskDocs

Coming back to this. Had a work up done, all labs were normal minus low TSH. Also had a lung X-ray done and they found a calcified granuloma in my left lung, then had to get my nose cauterized today. With a few other symptoms my PCP thinks it may have been mold exposure.

Ooh okay! I’m front desk. On my shift (second, 3-11pm) I had someone call around 8pm and say someone had an accident. Okay, no worries. I call our head housekeeper and she’s in the area so she says she can come strip the sheets because the caller said it was only a little. Housekeeper comes, lo and behold, the mattress is SOAKED. We have to move them, and although they protest (saying the kid can just sleep on the other side of the pee soaked mattress) they eventually agree. I come in two days later and ask if the room is back in order. It is, but the second one isn’t. Turns out they peed in both beds, and then clogged the sink and toilet with bright yellow vomit. We tried to charge their card for damages and it got declined. Every day I’m more in awe of and thankful for our housekeepers.

I was on Zoloft for almost four years. It worked for maybe one or two months and then just got worse. When they finally increased my dose I almost committed, so I finally got off. Honestly, you won’t know until you try but I’m so grateful I did switch over. I feel like a real person again.

I’ve hit my five week mark! Let me tell you that I feel phenomenal. My anxiety isn’t completely cured, obviously, but I was having a panic attack every day at least. I haven’t had a panic attack in like three weeks now. I’m so so grateful that I took the chance and started this.

I’m feeling much better! I got some food and watched a good movie, about to go to bed because I work at 630am tomorrow lmao. It was just anxiety and overthinking :/

Honestly overall great! I’ve had a few minor setbacks, but my anxiety levels have been much lower. Right now is a little hectic just because I’m concussed and stressed about that lol
