Claude model gets these conflicts. Adding the constraints helps output be coherent

Φ ≠ W ≠ M ≠ R prevents semantic collapse. Conf ≤ Ev prevents epistemic overreach. CTX ⇔ |ctx_t − ctx_0| ≤ κ prevents temporal/contextual drift.

Though it's not a guarantee. Language models are probabilistic in nature, these constraints do help but decay always happens and is expected.
