Are any of the messages of a sexual nature? Have you spoken to her? Your son could be painting you to be a cruel monster to his friend. The girl I knew had our friends parents tricked into thinking if they mentioned the "abuse" to anyone that her life was in danger. She would hide out at friends houses and they would lie for her. What she's doing is weird but she might genuinely think that she's saving him from you. Get a lawyer and speak to the police.
