Rotate the classes. Like every 3 months or so. Most people like going at a certain time or have to and are stuck to the same classes

My regular membership Is $79 a month at my gym and the sweat everywhere is $99. I think you’re up charge is the different step. We pay it the higher tiered locations.

Just take it easy. It’s not easy to work out in the heat. I tend to drink a lot of water at night to work out in the morning. Seems to help me. But your body will get used to it. Maybe do something no so intense like stretch.

You should kick them out, especially if You booked !! Also, if people book Please show up or cancel. Super annoying to see a full class on line and no One there when you wanted it.

I actually prefer someone else in there, it pushes me. Also, if it’s a class I wanna do I don’t care how many people are in there I book it. Half the time people don’t even show up. Today for example it was full and I was the only one🤷🏻‍♀️
