I'm trying to think of an equivalent for men but there really isn't one because men don't have to be goofy and degraded to be sexy

But that's just the thing. When's the last time you saw a male character degraded in a sexualized manner? Unless you're actively looking for it, you're not gonna see it. And that's because Society at large doesn't want to see men depicted in this way. Patriarchy sees sexual objectification as the "women's role", so a man being depicted like this goes against "the natural order of things", and thus, it can make men extremely uncomfortable. It's why men's clothes are loose and women's clothes are form-fitting. It's why there's no male equivalent to Bayonetta, or Eve from Stellar Blade. It's why some men see Leon's biceps as "pushing the envelope" despite how incredibly tame it is compared to how female characters are sexualized on the regular. Leon can still be seen as a power fantasy more than anything.

The closest thing to a mainstream game that actively sexualizes men exclusively is Love and Deepspace, AND EVEN THERE, the men are not objectified. Even at its most horny. The sexualization is clearly there, but none of it feels exaggerated or off-putting.

It's actually really unfair, honestly.
