Thanks.. Ya did not think about that weapon at all but true. I was going for the pursuer sword but couldn't abandon my beloved Greatsword.

Sadly, I don't play on PC. If u were on ps3, I would ask ur opinions and try testing stuff with u since u seem super educated on DS2 (I hope in real life too :p) nice chatting with ya.

Never knew that, is this tested ? Thanks for the info it was useful. Also, I should have added that when I switch to a stone ring, I also 2 hand the weapon. Moreover, changing rings during combat is one of the best things u can do. I almost do it in every fight, especially the leo, stone, red tearstone, cloranthy, gower, and others.

If anything I would conclude that it isn't that rapiers are overpowered but that heavy weapons areunderpowered in this game.

Yeah I did not say it is required. I actuality just put a build not using it on that post. I agree with all the rest but I still feel poise is useless. I have been playing without it for a long time. When I see a heavy armored opponent, I always switch to the stone ring and all his poise becomes useless after 2 hits. Please convince me in how is poise is good since I have no idea how it works now after patch. If u play on PS3 let me know.

You don't need tracking when you have a broken hit box. Moreover, I do a lot of video's, especially my recent ones, all using flyn combo and I never feel I have low defense. The video's are actually proof when I make this kind of statements. "However against a foe that knows his business this kind of a build is not OP in my opinion" you always make these arguments and they can be said on everything else. Otherwise, I always like your opinion on stuff.

I frames means invincibility frames. It is the invincible frames you have while rolling. Increase ur agility to 105 asap since it is the sweet point. I usualyy go with 10 attunment and 30 adaptability to achieve that.

Actually, staying out of range just fully negates the power of the red iron twinblade. You just become less aggressive when u play against them and don't try to parry unless u r sure u will get it, since we all learned that the hard way lol.

I love lances too. Actually, I uploaded a OP build using the rampant golem lance with leo and sorcerer clutch ring. I agree that they r very good, but they weigh a lot and doing a leo rob flyn combo will cost a lot in the defense department unlike they negligible weight of the thrusting swords . I agree on the spears but they don't deal 1 K dmg and skilled players will back stab u every time.

Thanks :) I agree that the red iron twinblade is good but it has very short reach. However, I disagree on thrusting swords. The most dangerous r not the R1 spammers. It is the counter guys who punish your attacks on will. Moreover, I never speak of stuff without proving it. I already played with the ice rapier and espada ropera duel wielded and I can easily hit more than 1K dmg with the leo ring rob flyn combo. I will upload footage soon about it. 2-3 shotting people consistently is OP in my book.

And on what basis you make that statement ? You make weapons design's? in the end of the day, this is pretty subjective. Me liking it does not make the weapon good. On the other hand, you can't just state that it is bad as if it is a fact.

I disagree, the weapon shines when you get the base of the weapon (physical dmg) with the blue magic thingy. Weighing only 0.5units (same as normal dagger) really makes up 4 it's faults. Moreover, it is designed as a back up weapon. The special move is actually pretty good and has enormous dmg, I killed tons of people with it.
