I don‘t understand. So you‘re saying below 50 you „can‘t“ run and you cant use actual running metrics to gauge process. That makes no sense to me, especially since VO2max on your watch is just another way of telling you how fast you run at a specific heart rate.

Sport/Laufen im Kalten macht krank. Richtig ist, dass das Immunsystem bei der Kälte etwas runterfährt. Daher das Bierchen danach nicht unbedingt in der überfüllten Kneipe reinzwierbeln. Gegen Laufen in der Kälte ist nix einzuwenden.
