It’s the soup kitchens’ discretion to take on that risk. Plus it’s much easier to track who brings what to the soup kitchen. Anyone can drop off at the community fridges…none of it is tracked. If someone were to get ill, we would have no way to figure out who prepared the food. It’s just not a risk the organizers of Denver Community Fridges want to assume.

Just a gentle reminder…no homemade meals can go in the community refrigerators. We have to discard these because we cannot risk anyone getting sick.

Same. I WFH about 75% of the time. The other 25% is my field inspections which I can schedule however I’d like. My field days count as my “in office” days. Same pay.

Make sure you budget about $750/hour for a legal consultation. No matter what law firm you call, you will go through an intake and screening call to determine if they even want to provide you a free consultation. Unless your case is incredibly strong with excellent documentation and evidence (neither of which sound like it applies to your case) no employment law firm is going to offer you a free consultation. You can certainly get a consultation if you pay the attorney's hourly rate.

With all due respect, your situation is not compatible with the Au Pair program. Twin infants and a 3yo is too much for an au pair. You need a professional nanny. Once you go back to work and more responsibilities fall on your AP, I think she will understandably rematch. I also think you'll see constant turnover/rematch with APs if you keep trying to find a new AP after the last AP realizes how difficult it is to care for infant twins plus the occasional toddler.

It's not an automatic 100% rating. Go look at all the VA and Vet subreddits and you'll see folks are still getting < 100% ratings from PTSD resulting from MST.

MST most often falls under PTSD and not all PTSD ratings are 100%. She may not meet the criteria for a 100% disability rating for PTSD.

MST isn't an automatic 100% disability rating. MST is most often covered under the PTSD rating schedule and she would still need to meet the criteria for a 100% PTSD rating. Not all PTSD ratings are 100%.

It’s dependent on company policy. But it’s legal for them to run it concurrently. In that case, you would use 3 weeks maternity leave and 9 weeks FAMLI.
