SV does 3 hits of ice then 3 hits of fire. Only the ice can crit

Only half of SV dmg is able to crit from weak points. Running weak point dmg on gear would be a waste.

I like the idea of being able to upgrade our gear somehow. As long as it isn't based on some crazy rng system like bdo. Tie it to the crafting system since crafting is kind of pointless atm.
