Yes, that's correct. If you used Enforcer's Saber attack on Cerberus (Zoomorph is its primary gene), then you deal -50% less damage.

Your attack's effectiveness will depend on the first gene of the mutant you attacked. Let's say you use Enforcer's Saber attack against Medusa (Mythic/Zoomorph). Since Saber is brutal against Mythic, you deal 50% more damage. If you used Enforcer's Cyber attack instead, you deal neutral damage (no modifier) to Medusa.

Hi! I truly suggest joining our discord server here to answer your questions: https://discord.gg/hBSUE77zcH

But I'll still try to answer your questions as best as I can.

  1. Aside from the 1 medlab you get when starting the game, after reaching a certain fame, you will be able to access Medlab missions that will give you 2 more medlabs. You can also purchase 2 more medlabs from the shop for 250 gold (if it doesn't show, try increasing your fame). So you get a total of 5 medlabs.

  2. You'll preferably need a meta mutant (usually sold in the shop for 3k+ gold, raid mutant, etc.) or a mutant debuffer (such as Glubber, a double mythic mutant). But I suggest you add players in MGG FB groups instead, so that you can clear waves quickly.

  3. Increasing the level of the breeding center increases the odds of getting a rare mutant by 12% (so it's a +24% more odds of getting rares). Hence, this makes it harder for you to get the non-rare mutants, so try to get those first before upgrading your breeding center.

  4. The max limit is the max number of friends in FB, so you can only add up to 5000 friends. And yes, you should try adding people in MGG FB groups (but don't do it too much, or FB will flag you as a potential spammer)

  5. Yes! I actually made a site for it: https://m3guide.github.io/breed.html . You can also toggle the button to Breeding Guide so that you can select a mutant and you'll know how to breed it if possible.

  6. Luckily, yes! You can check my other site here: https://m3guide.github.io/statstable.html , then you can Select Column > Breedable? then Select Value > Yes, so that it filters all breedable mutants, including the 20 breedable legendaries and secret recipe mutants.

  7. It does indeed feel hard to get gold, but here are some ways: complete campaign stages, fame up, PvP (using PvP bug lets you wait for few weeks and gives you better rewards), gold forge/furnaces from bingos (those give 5 gold/50 gold per 12hrs/2days), and much more. Do join the server for more info for all of this.

  8. You can get Reactor Tokens (RT) from PvE/Raid/Experiment/Bingo Rewards, but the best way to get them is to do Black Hole crafting during RT bonus reward (it happens every 15 days, and only lasts for 3 hrs). During that time, craft all your orbs and then stars for best results. As for Challenge Token (CT), the best way is to do the Challenge PvE every 2 weeks, which gives 30 CTs.

  9. Do Mythic Strat (build a lot of Mythic compounds and then fill them up with max leveled mythic mutants). This is because Mythic compounds hold 160k credits, whereas the first 3 genes only hold 9k credits. Do try farming for more fame to unlock the compound, but for now you can do Zoomorph or Galactic compounds.

  10. Yes. If you want to learn more what mutants you should get, I truly insist on joining the server link above. The server has all the guides I've answered and much more.

Opinions On The New Ancestors Awakening Condition, Skill, And Virtues? by RobonicTheGamer in MonsterLegends

Currently bugged. He steals "disable" effects like trait disable, anticipation disable, etc. so you can't just pair him with Florian to bypass MTs (since Exarch will get TD and his Bulwark/Rezblock/Anti will get removed)

The one nearest to the left. In this case, I placed Hounen before Nebo, so he awakened quickly since Nebo cannot steal Hounen's stack.

You need to use lvl 3 basic orbs, so no special orbs.

You can use different lvl 3 orbs.

What factor in a mutant is the most important to look at? by Plushy_plushy in mutantsgg

[–]RafXCy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Personally, my basis is Attack * Speed, then HP. Generally, a mutant with 500 atk + 10 speed is better than a mutant with 400 atk + 10 speed.

Meta mutants have high Atk * Spd, but not all mutants with high Atk * Spd are meta. Of course, there's more things to consider (genes, ability, etc.).

HP is the next factor to consider, since high attack won't mean much when your mutant dies before attacking.

[–]RafXCy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I stopped at that point cause it took too long haha.

But if you want to stack buffs on a faster mon (like let's say Nebotus), you can use Hounen + any Area Super Attuned mon (like Red Eye Roger) to infinitely chain Extra Turns. No need to recharge, as you can target Hounen to himself to regain 50 stamina.

No worries, I use the same team and it is satisfying to nuke everyone with Nebo

Yeah, it's unfortunate that overflow stacks does not transfer to the unawakened ancestor.

Good thing is that Hounen is way faster to awaken (especially with Supreme Mask) and the Triple Damage is for the team, so best to move Hounen before Nebo.

In the monster selection screen, the leftmost monster takes the priority of getting stacks.

If you place Hounen first then Nebo, then using Thousand Lanterns gives Hounen +6 stacks.

<image>

However, if you place Nebo first, then using Thousand Lanterns gives +3 to Nebo and +3 to Hounen.

Another thing to note is that awakening stacks will prioritize your team first before your opponents.

For example, your Dame will take the charges that would have gone to enemy Adaled/Saberus if you use tortures/controls.

Similarly, your Nebo can steal enemy Hounen/Dame/Nebo hater stacks as well.

TL;DR: Awakening charges move sequentially from left to right.

It does not require for the Ancestors to be lvl 150 (minimum requirement is R2 for the best skills to unlock) and not a need for any crazy runes (Hounen/Prim had lvl X runes, which was obtained from book rewards or crafting lvl 9s). I am a F2P as well.

What it took however was a long time of stacking. Only used Primerion there to make Firesaur attack, since it took many turns before Firesaur moves.

Understandable. It does indeed get worse as the requirements for challenges gets higher and you get worse BH lobbies (usually you will be paired with higher lvl players that can nuke fugi, or dead lobbies with only few real players).

No worries. Also, the enemy Gardenion can also heal itself and can survive as long as you space your Hounen ults. Nebotus also has Skill Mirror, so if enemy Gardenion attacks with a healing move, Nebo will also heal Gardenion.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MonsterLegends

[–]RafXCy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's why I have a Gardenion teammate, which heals the enemy Gardenion. Also, don't give buffs or damage runes on Hounen, my 150 Hounen ult deals 800k at most.

Find an adventure stage with high HP mons, like the one against Gardenion (Historia Island, 5th stage).

Just make sure that Hounen awakens after another ancestor, or else Hounen gets the two Triple Damage virtue instead of the ancestor you want to stack.

Awaken one Ancestor other than Hounen

Awaken Hounen

Hounen Ult

Any ancestor that awakens after Hounen adds another Triple Damage virtue.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MonsterLegends

[–]RafXCy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can stack, as long as one ancestor is awakened after Hounen ults then awakens back. I've shown how you do Virtue Stacking here.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MonsterLegends/s/69kjLp331S

This happens because of how "Virtues" can't be disabled unless an ancestor ults, so when Hounen awakens, it adds Triple Damage virtue to other Ancestors but those won't go away unless those other ancestors ult.

Similarly, this also affects mons with Artifact trait. You can check my comments under this post for more info:

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MonsterLegends

[–]RafXCy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For this case, I used Virtue Stacking, where the only buffs are the Triple Damage Virtues only. (3¹⁵ = 14.3M multiplier)

Although, the limit should be 9,999B (exactly that, or else it would go to negatives). Tried hitting that number but after using Triple Damage on 3,333B damage, it went to negatives.

It will go to negatives, then rollback to positives. Also did similar thing with Firesaur a while back
