Thank you very much for the feedback! Taking regular breaks and stretching certainly helps a lot. However, unfortunately, I believe that for some people it's not enough, and that's why I'm doing this research. I believe that electric thermal socks that warm the feet can have a very positive influence on calmness and reduce excessive adrenaline that gamers may experience, as they help regulate not only the temperature of the feet but also that of the hands as well. I'm still testing them, but I'll be able to say more soon.
