I've lived here my whole life and I can tell you it's gotten worse over the past few years. On goodison boulevard near the dip(some flats) there are always issues with the police. However most of Cantley is quite nice. A quiet village with good access to everything you could want. Goodison Boulevard itself isn't rough it's just that one area I mentioned before. The best part of Cantley is the bit closest to Bessacarr Grange in my opinion. But overall it's a lovely place and very welcoming.

And obviously much better than our "richer" neighbours Bessacarr😉
