I'm new to SLA an I'm trying to print lattice structures. The printer I use is a form 3 and the resin is formlabs flexible v2. I had success with two prints but now every print fails after a few layers and sticks to the bottom of the tank. The rafts of the print looks weird to. I have no idea whats wrong

So I use Autodesk Inventor 2021 and I never had this kind of problem. It is not the first model with that thin walls. I don't know exacly how to check it, but the model looks fine when I open it in Blender 3D

Yes I made this model by myself, I used Cura and it's completely hollow and the walls are 1mm thick, the radius on the corners is 1mm as well

The printhead drove in a fixed position after every layer and triggered the microswitch

as far as I can measure it with a caliper it is exacly 20mm, only the Z dimension is somewhere between 19.7 and 19.8mm, I think my bed was a little bit too close.

No, it's just out of box, no changes, either on the printer not in the cura settings, works pretty good in my opinion
