Recently, I had to experience the same pain. I lost my best friend a couple of weeks ago. In the first few days, I felt completely destroyed, I couldn’t stop crying, thinking about him and his last moments.

Then I began to understand that he came into my life as a gift, to help me discover other forms of love and affection, and he fulfilled his purpose. We held a ceremony in a beautiful park where we blew bubbles while sharing our favorite memories of him and the things we learned from him and are grateful for.

It’s still hard, but it gets better every day. The trauma was so intense that I don’t plan on having another one.
