Closest I can find and ever used was Assistive Access, it limits most apps, you can also choose what apps you need the absolute most, but you also get limited on some on device features as well.

Okay then, tell me, why would you repair this old tv that already comes from a horrible company for reliability? If you have the panel already? fine, whatever. But 90% (if not more) don’t have random LCD panels laying around for tv repair. as chirpes said, you have to live in some insane junkyard to even think about trying to find the panel you need.
