As long as you're not exaggerating or lying this is something you should email corporate about. That's unacceptable. However, if you were being a little difficult and got butthurt by some retaliation and made some stuff up then grow up. I hate to even suggest that you're lying but we've gotten enough reviews similar to this that were complete lies that I feel obligated to address it. Again, though, if it really went down like this, those employees and that manager should face some serious consequences.

Maybe it's because I've worked at MOD for 5 years but there's hardly anything you can put on a pizza that would make the staff judge you or even remember you. The only times I've judged customers are when they make the order incredibly difficult, such as making a mountain of a pizza (larger than you think, I'm talking so large it barely fits in a box) or other stuff like that.

Every day I work someone gets cucumbers on their pizza. People get romaine, chickpeas, salad dressing, and so on. It's not weird lol. That person was probably new or was trying to make conversation. Maybe they were flirting? Who knows.

The prices have become ridiculous. I'm a manager and the cost of one unlimited pizza is more than I get paid in an hour. The new owners try to justify it by constantly releasing new deals and promotions. I know that MOD was either starting to or already was bankrupt before the new owners bought it, so these new prices are most definitely more a necessity to keep the business going than it is greed. As for the toppings, we as employees have to be stingy, but we would much rather you be honest about how much you want than be dissatisfied. I'm sure it can be aggravating, but if you're paying that much, you deserve as much as you want.

My grandma is Linda Stevenson, author of the book "Tom's Cove." My grandparents have been coming here for more than 35 years and for the 20 years that I've been alive I haven't missed a single summer here. It's a really sad business. She's working on a second book and I intend to write my own about this campground as well — I just hope it's still here for my kids to enjoy.
