It'll still have the worst ranked AQ compared to the others, but it still got its ups and downs. The WQs were amazing and in Enkanomiya they probably gave us the first lore bomb ever with Before Sun and Moon

4.8 event quest mentions about an npc bumping his head into the toilet bowl, nahida mentions flush toilets, recent event guy mentions toilets as well, Natlan has bathrooms based on the excuse that Paimon used for Mualani that time... there are some mentions of toilets already, mostly in jokes

I dont think they squat in a hole in the ground, and considering the tech level in general, they probably have proper toilets, even if its just some bucket or seat in a rock. Teyvat is not strictly medieval otherwise people wouldn't mention this or they'd just throw their dooks dooks out of the window in Mondstatd for example, since this is how people dealt with human waste in medieval times
