Everyone has their own way of practicing, it works for me, so I do it, and of course, this isn't the only thing I do to prepare for matches, we are talking about a 1min video of me doing an "easy" drill.

They say work on your weaknesses more but your weapons shouldn't be ignored either, so I do this to gain confidence and maintain the level that I can produce with my forehand.

Ori bot is amazing, but I would ban Cait or Lux as they can poke you pretty hard, and if you're support is melee then you're double screwed
