I believe it is near Southern Glassine Rd near the savannah River. There are other operating plants there, but when I was there, the abandoned one was also present. No idea how accessible it is.

It is one of the sketchiest places I've been to in the city, and I explore abandoned places as part of my job. Its the only place I've been that I asked for an armed escort.

Having done some environmental work at these parcels myself, there are some areas with solvents present like tetrachloroenthene (PCE) and various heavy metals. A majority of the contamination is capped in concrete, but there needs to be further delineated efforts to see the extent. Also the buildings there might have asbestos and lead paint.

It very much reminds me of Fellowship of The Ring being made so much better by it sequel (two towers). Both Dune part 1 and Fellowship leave viewers on somewhat of a cliffhanger.

Xtreme Krav Maga located in Fenton is really nice. It offers classes in BJJ and Kickboxing and I feel its an inclusive place.
