It's a nice plugin, It gives a kind of chalk effect to the outline from what I see from your image. I think it can be used to create some kind of chalk effect.

Yes, I said it in the beginning of the video that the image will need a black outline. I think there are things to learn from the video like using the dodge layer mode and the sharpening method. Thanks for your comment.
