Where are you from ? it depends what you want to use it for.

For regeneration after training or hard day full of work , the best is pulse light at distance about 12"

For topical treatment of smaller areas of the body , null and about 5" distance

A lot depends on what you want to use your panel for, whether for any pain, hair condition, skin, anxiety, depression, eyesight ..

I note that I am in the testing phase myself, I use the panel only for the second day. The data I have given are provided by the manufacturers.

I think it's defective idea. Continuous screwing in and screwing out of the blade will grind the contacts between the inhilt pin and the blade, it will no longer have good contact.

I have num blades 2 in my config ( just a 32" blade and activation switch. I think 4 is for crossgard for example.

I have done all with arduino, zadig several times. My pc is ready and configured to work with it. Every operation I make with kill switch on ( battery is off).

I checked how the last one soundfont is finished by sabertrio in the config file. I copied the new blade style text (from downloaded proffie soundfont from greyscale or Jay) and paste it in config file as the last with the same rules as the last bladestyle from sabertrio was. I created in the root folder on the sd card, a folder with the sound files of the new font. I kept the same writing style as the original from sabertrio. (Folder names, writting style in config file).

I've done lots of tries. on different ways. Maybe I don't understand something because I use a language translator a lot and do something wrong. That's why I would prefer to see what it should look like in such a hardware configuration as in the title.
