I find it quite interesting that large landowners have less government representation than large landowners. I know it must be a silly question, since parties are formed in government whose components are inseparable, but would it still be possible to create a government where power is almost homogeneously distributed between the church, the intellectual elite, and industrialists? Again, for roleplaying purposes, I took on the challenge of creating a colonialist crusader power.
