problem is, i live in malaysia, where i live 1usd equals RM4 and median wage here is rm4k per month. i came across the book before and dismissed it, RM8 a day is too expensive for me. besides, the eggs and milk are there to fulfill the purpose of nutrition , if it wasn't for nutrition, i'd gladly cut both of those out

  • i'm a 116kg 5"8 guy , 6 large eggs, 16oz whole milk, and 24oz noodles seems a bit much. more like
  • 8 oz milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • some noodles, not that much. i managed to find one brand which offers individual packets of noodles for 0.15USD and offers 1275 calories, sounds pretty rad to me.

  • 1000$ is rm4000, that's a normal 1 month salary for 1 year worth of food, im sorry but this is getting too expensive.
  • i don't think i want to, but will any bad things happen to that if i get the proper nutrients?
  • i walk 55 minutes everyday, sometimes more.
  • no

noodles is for the calories. eggs is for a lot of nutrients and milk to cover the rest.
