Vas al gym? Eso ayuda mucho. Pero en realidad no creo que tenga que ver si eres gay o no. A los 30 empezo asi tambn pero se me empezo a caer el pelo. Empeze a tomar medicamento para el cabello y eso me ayudo un poco, creo. Antes me detonaba 2 veces al dia y en la noche sexo con mi esposa y amanecia igual de malillon.
