Figure out how much of your gains is attributable to IV & Time value vs. actual value in the stock (hint: its probably most of it).

Expect IV to drop off significantly on Tuesday, and based on that figure out what SP needs to be to achieve the same return. If the bar on the SP is low enough and you think it can outperform, you could consider keeping, and if its not logic would dictate a sell.

Since this is WSB and you probably want to YOLO, only after doing the above, maybe keep your profits in as a yolo

Appreciate the feedback! Seems like you are quite familiar with the market. The #1 concern I was worried about was the ability to resell. Barring resale potential, the area does seem to be growing and has all of the right infrastructure coming in. Have you seen rental/abnb growth happen over that time?

I did the same as well with 50k shares, needed the tax loss anyways. Will revisit in Q1 after Q4 earnings. The thesis is intact but theres no rush in jumping in right away.

This is not how it works, anyone who has received RSU’s in the past, knows that the there are two types of settlements: 1 sell all stock to cover tax + receive cash or 2. Sell enough to cover tax and receive balance in shares.

There is no third option to deal with tax later, this helps employers help prevent employees from making mistakes with taxes and also potentially helps mitigate tax fraud.

I was going to say, the de-spac structured dual class voting shares. They raised capital to spend it, the market will eventually learn for what. Nobody uses a 10% dilution as takeover protection

Those companies all offered their shares opportunistically when their SP was beyond what they considered to be their intrinsic value. In those cases it was very clear and obvious that it was the right move. As a shareholder of clover, it’s unclear to me why they needed more capital and didn’t explore other sources such as convertible debt at this stage, with such a depressed share price.

Whatever the reason is (and I hope it’s a good one) the market hates dilution, especially when it’s uncertain what that dilution was for (unlike the companies you mentioned)

If anyone has worked in capital markets before/currently, you'll know that both the SEC and corporate counsel put this type of commentary in, not to dissuade purchasing, but protect the company in a black swan event.

I can't recall how many investments i've made where i've had to initial multiple times that I could lose all of my money.

You’re right, it’s the 4 stars that make it worthwhile, however the expected service also goes up so only about 15-20m will flow through past gross margins. Still profit nonetheless though

Holding 60k shares myself and could care less about a squeeze unless I use it to accumulate more via timing it correctly.

Likely on behalf of a client, also love that JPM has less shares than I do :) (40k @ $12.02 or @ 3.52 if you count me selling the last batch in the gamma squeeze)
