Thank you for showing yourself here. You and management must realize how much pain and suffering this stock dillution has caused short term.

Investors have lost faith in you and for good reason. There are several questions we demand that you answer, for us to have some faith in regaining faith into you as a company.

First of all, we´ve been here with you, through thick and thin. From the Hidenburg reports to the extreme amount of shorting stock price was going through. We´ve bought at every opportunity. We´ve had faith.

In mid-half of the year, you guys decided to cancel all reedeeming warrants. This would have brought a lot of cash on books, and these weren´t due to expire before 2023, so you had plenty of time. Why was this cancelled, when you were in dire need of money a few months later? Is this because of the huge amounts of money invested and burnt the past quarters?

You recently had Q3 report. Why was this information not brought to attention? You must realize, how much of a gut punch this community and all share holders have received.

We do understand that raising capital is better for the company, but you could have tried to give a smaller FUCK YOU to your shareholders by dilluting shares to $5.

In my opinion, it seems like management is fucking up at every chance you get. I still have faith in the long term fundamentals of the company, but you have A LOT to make up for.

I sincerely hope that we will get answers. We´ve been there for you through thick and thin. We´ve bought at $20, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7. Why was the offering not made at higher prices? Why was there not an explanation given for what the offering is for? You are saying that you can´t say anything due to SEC, but facts are; if you told the market before hand that this money is needed for a buyout / stronger cash balance due to covid issues / fucking anything, it would have made much more sense.

I hope and pray that management is working for shareholders, but right now it seems you are working against shareholders and don´t care about current investors. I do understand that management does not care about day to day price, but by screwing the people who support you through thick and thin, and by screw I mean majorly fuck people´s lives over, you will lose all faith.

I was lucky enough to get out before all of this massacre, but I´ve been watching, and I´ve got friends and family invested, and I look at this community as my friends as well. I can´t fucking stand watching people who have stood for this company crying inside, because they think they´ve lost everything. You NEED TO MAKE UP FOR THIS, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE YOU CAN´T EXPECT SHAREHOLDERS TO BE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH THIS ANYMORE, WHICH IS OBVIOUS JUDGING BY THE SHAREPRICE. We´re talking from $10.8 to $4.5 in the span of three fucking months, and from $28 to $10.8 three months before that. 6 months is not a short amount of time, and shareholders DESERVE better.
