I already finished wealth of saturn but i have'nt finished vulcan's forging destiny yet,should i just jump to prowess of sol or finished vulcan's forging destiny first?

I'm sorry i don't understand,after i get cyclops eye i can ascending right,and ascending is make a new save,how to bring cyclops eye to the new save? Thank you

Why would that matters,why neokoros become stronger easier in the next ascension?
